Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Francis and I would like to tell you a little bit about myself and the team with whom I work. I come from a pad across the pond in merry old England. Ever since I was a little tadpole I can remember going on appointments with my mum who was a real estate agent. It used to make me proud when she would find clients a great pad of their own. I always knew that someday I would follow in her frog steps.

After completing my education, I felt the need to expand my horizons. A hop, skip and jump later, I landed in Chester County, PA. Shortly after I arrived, I met a young man by the name of Brian Williams who recently returned from the United States Marine Corps. We became great friends playing cricket. Then one day, he told me that he was going to pursue a career in Real Estate. That brought back memories from my tadpole years. I expressed an interest as well, and we completed the real estate education courses, passed our tests and acquired our licenses.

Although our friendship remained, our pursuits took us in different directions. I believed that the big city would be more exciting, so I moved to Philadelphia to sell high-rise condos and historical townhouses. For some time it brought me joy, living and entertaining in the big city, but I felt there was something missing. I was “unHOPpy” I considered going back to England, but that didn’t seem right either. In the meantime, Brian was working as a real estate agent in Chester County, building his own successful business. Personally, I admired his drive. I felt that he knew where he was going and how to get there. I was beginning to realize that I missed the peaceful tranquility of Chester County and the warm hometown feel that I could never experience in the city.

Soon thereafter, Brian called me to tell me that he was starting a team. He asked me if I would consider joining him and another agent (I would later discover to be Dana Dunn). I must admit I was hesitant to mix friendship and business, but I believed in Brian’s goals and I knew that together we could achieve them.

I met Dana over French Flies and a Croak-a-cola in the Spring of 2006 at our first “team meeting”. I couldn’t have been more enchanted by her spirit and energy. I could tell that we would enjoy working together. She told me about her experience in real estate and how she thoroughly enjoyed helping families find their dream home. As they say, the three of us just clicked.

We know that having a real estate team is supposed to provide better service than the traditional single agent. However, after studying how local teams function, we discovered a fundamental flaw: when a person contacts “Joe’s Team”, they don’t necessarily get to speak to “Joe”; they often get one of the agents that work for him. In our opinion, this can be misleading. How does someone know whether they are getting the experience that they are paying for? We believe that if one chooses to go with a team, then they should get the entire team. That’s exactly what we decided to do. We supply the client with multiple professional perspectives as well as ensure that they are comfortable and toadily satisfied with the level of service being provided.

With this start, we put together a comprehensive website complete with property searches, buyer and seller information, community links and financing options. With the site’s toadily awesome name www.GreatPads.com (which was my idea of course), we were ready to launch our team!

Soon the word started to spread and we began to put our newly formed philosophy into practice. We were welcomed with great enthusiasm and received accolades for the customer satisfaction that was achieved through this philosophy. Here are some examples of our success:
